Contest entrants must be legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry to be eligible. Void if outside the United States and where prohibited by law. Contest subject to all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All entries must be submitted in English . All entrants must complete name, address, birth date, e mail included with favorite product. Official months end will be e mails received by Baby Monitor Barn (BMB herein) at midnight on the 14’th of each month. Any mail received after midnight will fall into the next month‘s contest. In the event of non-compliance with any of the forgoing entry requirements, entry will be disqualified. Sponsor and all other released parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged. illegible, late, undelivered, malfunctions, errors or misdirected entries or mail. BMB reserves the right , in its sole discretion, to disqualify the entry of an entrant who believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this contest. Limit (1) entry per household per month. Duplicate entries will be deemed immoral and will be disqualified. All entries, upon submission, become the property of BMB. By entering the contest, entrants agree that BMB has the right to edit, modify, publish, use, reuse, and thereon, in any manner for any lawful purposes whatsoever, including advertising and promotional purposes in any medium except where prohibited by law. By submitting an entry you warrant and represent that your entry is 100% original and was created solely by you, that the entry does not incorporate any material owned by any third party and that use of the entry as described herein will not violate any law or infringe upon the rights of any third party. If so the entry will be disqualified. One winner will be selected by random as the winner on the 15th of each month. Eligibility, age and claim is subject to verification. One winner will be notified by e mail on or about the 15th of each month. By entering this contest entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
